I was on a boat trip from the Aker Brygge harbour in Oslo. Along, I had my multispectrum camera and an infrared filter. Converting it to black and white added an extra touch of drama and also creates a fake winter shot, when indeed, it was a warm sunny day without a single cloud on the sky.

A nature photographer interested in the little details of wildlife, always getting upclose to investigate. However, sometimes colours stand in the way. Then I take one of my film cameras and let the shades of gray tell the story of light and shadow. A scientist by training and an artist in my free time, I combine both worlds to express my vision. I am based in Southern Finland and enjoy the variety and beauty of nature around me. I get my inspiration from my outdoor trips but also try to push my creative limits with still life.
