What if sky was not the beautiful azure blue that we know of? What if plants were not green? This work is a reminder to appreciate the environment as it is and limit the adverse effects that we humans cause.
Taken with a multispectrum camera and an orange filter, i.e., just slightly post-processed.
A nature photographer interested in the little details of wildlife, always getting upclose to investigate. However, sometimes colours stand in the way. Then I take one of my film cameras and let the shades of gray tell the story of light and shadow. A scientist by training and an artist in my free time, I combine both worlds to express my vision. I am based in Southern Finland and enjoy the variety and beauty of nature around me. I get my inspiration from my outdoor trips but also try to push my creative limits with still life.
